Pressure swing adsorption (PSA) nitrogen making machine is a kind of equipment which uses clean compressed air as raw material and carbon molecular sieve as adsorbent to obtain nitrogen at normal temperature based on the principle of pressure swing adsorption.
According to the carbon molecular sieve under different pressure, the adsorption capacity of nitrogen and oxygen is different. Through the programmable control of the program control valve, the process of pressure adsorption and decompression desorption is realized. The separation of oxygen and nitrogen is completed and the required purity of nitrogen is obtained.
